2013 Dinghy & Cruiser fixture list
The complete dinghy and cruiser fixture list for 2013 can now be viewed here (available in booklet form in the Club). This also includes known social events (other events and races will be added during the season - see Club notice board for details). Racing fixtures are also published on the racing page.

The Social events page has also been updated.

Thursday evening racing series
Results for the first Thursday evening race (11th April) are as follows: 1st Gwynfor (Laser), 2nd Steve (Topaz), 3rd Ed/Jen (Laser), 4th Heather (Heron). The next race will be held on Thursday 18th April, first gun 18:55.

Frostbite sailing has concluded for 2013, for results and details of races see the Frostbite page.

2013 CARDIGAN BAY REGATTA
Dates for the 139th annual Cardigan Bay Regatta have been confirmed as 13, 14, 15th August (main day is 14th August).

FROSTBITE DINGHY SERIES: The Frostbite began seven years ago when a few hardy sailors decided to take on the challenge of winter sailing in New Quay. Since then the sailing series has grown in strength every year and now regularly has a turn out of ten or more dinghies.

Local Sailing Clubs

NQYC enjoys good relations with local sailing clubs, including Tresaith Mariners, Aberaeron and Aberystwyth. Tresaith Mariners is a club well known for its enthusiastic catarmaran sailing and enviable social calendar. Although the club is still young it has a committed and hardworking management team, if you would like to get innvolved with Tresaith Mariners contact Fraser.
